All units have separate warm water facilities, sufficient electricity and water supply and air conditioning systems (7 in total and 1 spare unit).

OUTSIDE, GROUND FLOOR:
There is a washing machine and a dryer for the laundry in a separate room.
There is a shed (approx. 2 x 3 m) for storage/tools/ etc. with a small separate room for the pump of the swimming pool with its water filtering system and time clock.
There are 2 more lockable closets outside.
There is an extra pebble-stone terrace where there used to be a big palmtree.
The GAME AREA is under a roof construction which makes it accessable all year round. In the past there was a pool table, airhockey, table tennis, table football, darts, all kind of games, a sitting corner (couch, armchairs, table), books, etc. This space can also be used as a covered parking for 4 cars instead.

SWIMMING POOL:
The pool has a depth ranging from 90 – 190 cm and measures approx. 3,50 x 7,50 m. For little children a mountable slide is available. Around the pool is a terrace with several sunbeds, tables and chairs, also there is a shower. The walls provide wind covering for the pool area all through the year, which makes it a perfect place to be in the sun out of the wind. Even in wintertime this is a really nice spot. In summer there is both sun and shade to sit in.

The house has 2 separate telephone lines with high speed INTERNET. Also there is currently a strong signal computer WIFI network throughout the whole property, including all extra buildings and rooms, around the pool and around the game area.

At this very moment the property is being used as a hostel. The whole building is being sold “as is”. Therefore it is possible to take over the property and start living and renting from day one. Short term take over is possible (taking over the rental contract is possible, or you can end the rent with a 3 month notice).

40 sleeps… currently in use as a hostel
At this moment there is a total of 40 sleeps in the property. These are divided as follows:
Main house (total of 8 sleeps):
3 bedrooms with 1x 2 bunk beds and 2x twin beds
extra beds in the living room are possible
Apartment 1 (total of 16 sleeps)
2 bedrooms with 2 times double and 1x triple bunk beds
4 double bunk beds in big living room
Apartment 2 (total of 14 sleeps)
2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each is 8 sleeps
6 Extra beds in living room
Apartment 3 (total of 2 sleeps)
1 bedroom with twin beds is 2 sleeps
2 extra sleeps is possible

These make the total into 40 sleeps (most beds are bunk beds at this moment).

If you are interested in this unique property, you can make an appointment for a tour in the house and the apartments, without obligations of course. At this moment everything is in full use as a hostel (rented out to a company), but nevertheless it is possible to take over the building within a short period (you will be taking over the rental contract and are able to cancel the rent within 3 months).
Rent started in 2013 until today. According to the renter they have a revenue of around 200.000,00 euro per year in the last 4 years, (not considering Covid's time)
